Join me in a supportive environment focused on your personal growth and development. Dive into your inner thoughts and emotions, break down obstacles that may be holding you back, and gain a deeper understanding of yourself.

The session is carefully planned to give you the confidence, tools, and valuable insights you need to make positive changes in your life. Through this experience, you will gain the strength to face challenges, welcome opportunities for growth, and unlock your full potential.

Additional information for the class:

I will provide yoga mats, but you are welcome to bring your own mat and/or blanket. It is recommended to practice Breathwork on an empty stomach, so don't have a big meal for a few hours prior to class.

Make sure to dress warmly in layers, as some people may feel cold while others may feel hot during breathwork.

Contraindications:

Engaging in breathwork can lead to profound physical and emotional release, making it important to consider certain precautions.

Individuals with a history of cardiovascular disease, such as angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, recent significant physical injuries or surgery are not recommended to practice breathwork.

Similarly, individuals with severe mental illness or seizure disorders, as well as those taking major medications, are not advised to do breathwork. It is also not suitable for individuals with a personal or family history of aneurysms. Pregnant women are strongly advised to consult and seek approval from their primary care physician before practicing breathwork. Individuals with asthma should have their inhaler with them and should consult both their primary care physician and the facilitator of the breathwork class.
