Movement Training
1-1 and Groups
This is a mobility training plan influenced by Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) and inspired by Ido Portal's movement philosophy. The goal is to improve how well your joints move and keep them healthy. Instead of just general exercises, we focus on the specific ways your body moves and the patterns it follows.
No matter if you're an athlete aiming for better performance or simply want to feel more comfortable in your daily routines, this approach suits people of all fitness levels. By incorporating FRC mobility training with insights from Ido Portal, you're on the path to achieving your goals of moving and feeling better.

Yoga
1-1 or group
Join an energetic and dynamic vinyasa flow, emphasized on fluid, continuous movement and breath control.
This class will help you build strength, flexibility and balance and will leave you feeling strong, energized and centered.
