It was through my passion for surfing that my path crossed with the practice of yoga in the year of 2006. Since then I have been exploring mind-body exercises and it has been part of my everyday life ever since.
Just like surfing, practicing movement and mindfulness keeps me in the moment, feeling balanced and grounded.
It makes me feel alive and always reminds me that it is all about acceptance to find freedom. I love to create awareness and inspire others with my enthusiasm for movement.
Aside from mind-body practices, I also enjoy exploring different movement styles and the holistic approach to improving one’s well-being. I've trained in Functional Range Conditioning and learned from Ido Portal's movement culture which has helped me better understand my body.
Suffering from extreme back pain and specific movement restrictions, I came across Breathwork which has been the most transformational thing I have ever done - mentally and physically.
I learned how to shift my energy, to be fully present and I am ready to help you to transform your life.
